Smoked Red Ass Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients
Red Ass Original Dry Rub
Brandon’s Sweet BBQ Sauce
1 or 2 racks of pork baby back ribs
Directions:
Remove membrane from the back of ribs.
Apply a liberal amount of Red Ass Original Dry Rub.
Rub-down the baby backs with Red Ass Original Dry Rub Seasoning. Let marinate for at least three hours or in the refrigerator overnight.
Smoke for 5 to 7 hours with your favorite hardwood check internal temp 225f to 250f. The meat pulls easily back from bones. Liberally apply Brandon’s Sweet BBQ Sauce. Place back on the smoker until sauce caramelizes.
