Smoked Red Ass Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients
Brandon’s Dry Rub
Brandon’s Sweet BBQ Sauce
1 or 2 racks of pork baby back ribs
Directions:
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
Apply a liberal amount of Brandon’s Dry Rub.
Rub down the ribs with Brandon’s Dry Rub Seasoning. Let marinate for at least three hours or in the refrigerator overnight.
Smoke for 5 to 7 hours with your favorite hardwood check internal temp 225f to 250f. The meat pulls easily back from bones. Liberally apply Brandon’s Sweet BBQ Sauce. Place back on the smoker until the sauce caramelizes.
