Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks

Compliments of Red Ass Gourmet. Conifer, CO

Ingredients
2 (5 ounce) ahi tuna steaks
2 tsp. Red Ass Original Dry Rub
1/2 Tbs. salted butter
2 Tbs. olive oil

Directions
Season ahi tuna steaks with Red Ass Original Dry Rub
Cover and let stand 20 minutes
Melt the butter together with the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
Gently place the seasoned tuna in the skillet and cook to desired doneness, approximately 60-90 seconds per side
for rare.
Serve and enjoy!

Hint: Garnish with chopped avocados, black sesame seeds, and chopped fresh chives
