Ingredients
2 (5-ounce) ahi tuna steaks
2 tsp. Brandon’s Dry Rub
1/2 Tbs. salted butter
2 Tbs. olive oil
Directions
Season ahi tuna steaks with Brandon’s Dry Rub
Cover and let stand for 20 minutes
Melt the butter together with the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
Gently place the seasoned tuna in the skillet and cook to the desired doneness, approximately 60-90 seconds per side
for rare.
Serve and enjoy!
