Red Ass Teriyaki wings

Ingredients and Directions
3 pounds of chicken wings, thawed
Rub wings with the Red Ass Original Dry Rub and let marinate in the refrigerator for one hour
Transfer to a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, turning halfway thru

The Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 cloves of chopped garlic
4 TB pineapple juice
Prepare: Mix all ingredients in saucepan heat over medium heat and caramelize mixture to desired thickness.
Place cooked wings in a large bowl.
Pour sauce over wings and cover with a lid; shake the bowl to evenly coat wings.
Let stand for 5 minutes and then stir bowl to fully coat wings
Serve hot and garnish with crisp celery and carrot sticks.
