Ingredients and Directions
3 pounds of chicken wings, thawed
Rub wings with the Brandon’s Dry Rub and let set in the refrigerator for one hour
Transfer to a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, turning halfway through.
The Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 cloves of chopped garlic
4 TB pineapple juice
Prepare: Mix all ingredients in a saucepan heat over medium heat and caramelize the mixture to the desired thickness.
Place cooked wings in a large bowl.
Pour sauce over the wings and cover with a lid; shake the bowl to coat wings evenly.
Let stand for 5 minutes and then stir the bowl to coat wings fully.
