Q’s Red Ass Chili

Ingredients
2 pounds ground meat (beef, bison, turkey, chicken or any combo)
1 large diced onion
1 TB garlic puree
3 TB Red Ass Original Dry Rub
2 large seeded and diced red peppers
1 tsp Ancho Chili Powder (optional)
1 tsp salt
1 (28-oz) can crushed tomatoes
3 (15-oz) cans red kidney beans
2 (14-oz) cans diced tomatoes
1 (15-oz) can tomato sauce
In a large skillet, sauté the meat with the diced onion and garlic until the meat is nearly cooked. Add all the spices and
mix well.
Set crockpot to medium; place canned goods and red peppers in crockpot and stir. Add meat to crockpot and mix
well. Cook 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally. If leaving the chili all day, set crockpot to medium-low.
(Hint: Garnish with sliced green onions, shredded cheddar cheese, diced red onion, sliced avocados, and a dollop
of sour cream (or Red Ass Game Day Dip)!
