Mamma’s Red Ass Deviled Eggs

Directions and Ingredients
Hard boil 6 eggs.
After cooling, peel and then slice in half and remove (and set aside) the cooked yolks
Add 1 cup of mayonnaise to yolks for desired consistency
Add 1 TB coarse ground Dijon mustard
Add 1 TB Red Ass Afterburner Seasoning — or more to taste
Add black pepper to taste
Mix well and spoon the yolk mixture into egg whites
Lightly sprinkle yolk tops with Red Ass Original Dry Rub
