Draggin’ Up! Afterburner Beer Dip

Compliments of Red Ass Gourmet. Conifer, CO

2-8oz blocks of cream cheese softened
1/2 can of Beer
1 tsp. ranch dressing seasoning mix
1 1/2 TBS. Afterburner Seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Mix cream cheese, beer, and seasonings

until well blended add cheddar cheese. Mix well with an emulsion blender.

Refrigerate 1-2 hours or overnight. Serve with pretzels, chips, veggies, etc.
